Sometimes one reaches a breaking point in life where all you can consider is..."Welp. I have finally done it. I have officially lost my marbles." And like all ilnesses, those of the mental variety, though unfairly stigmatized, hold within them deep truths and and simple, sweet lessons if we are brave enough to refuse the dark illusion that suffering in silence somehow makes us "better". Choose instead to reach out to those around you -- be they human, plant, animal or tree. Humans were never destined for solitude or separation. Rather, our birthright is love, connection, and co-creation from a posture of gratitude.
